Terms and Conditions for Equine Direct
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for products placed with equine direct over the telephone or by website or email.
Please read all terms carefully before ordering products from us. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the statutory rights of consumers.
Acceptance of Your Order
We must receive payment of the full price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse your order or to restrict the number of products you may order.
If an order is placed via email you will be contacted by telephone to confirm the purchase and provide the relevant payment details whether it be by cheque or credit/debit card.
Returns
We will issue a no hassle refund for returned goods for reasons other than defects or damage in transit, if the goods are returned to us undamaged, unopened and in a saleable condition.
The goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the original order in the original retail packaging that they were dispatched in.
Customers will be refunded by the same payment method that their original order was processed by. Customers who paid via PayPal will be refunded via PayPal.
If the goods are not faulty or sent in error the customer will be responsible to pay the cost for the return of the goods.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us and must take good care of the goods whilst they are in their possession.
Delivery Costs
Mainland UK Addresses, and other areas of the UK
Equine Direct delivery costs are very competitive for the UK compared to alternative equestrian mail order suppliers, our system operates in a way that we consider to be very cost effective.
With equine direct there are NO HIDDEN COSTS whatsoever.
We offer 2 options for UK Delivery: Fixed Rate and Weight Based
After you have proceeded through to checkout, you have two options to choose from either a fixed rate option which is: £6.95 or one that is based on the products weight.
Should we be unable to meet any delivery dates or any agreed delivery dates we will contact you using the email or telephone number that you registerd with. Some items may be shipped direct to you from our supplier in order for you to receive your chosen items as quickly as possible. This means that you may receive your order in separate parts, but you will not incure any additional carriage charges.
Delivery time to overseas/international destinations will vary depending on where the delivery destination is.
Equine Direct cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to adverse weather conditions and any subsequent backlogs. We will always do our best to ensure that items arrive on required delivery times but occasionally this is out of our hands.

Minors
No information may be submitted to equine direct by persons under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, nor may persons under the age of 18 make purchases or other legal acts on this Site without such consent, unless permitted by applicable legislation.
Changes
Equine Direct may change these user conditions at any time with or without notice
