At equine direct your complete satisfaction is important to us. Without it, we couldn't stay in business. If something isn't right, simply contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
We will issue a no hassle refund for returned goods for reasons other than defects or damage in transit, if the goods are returned to us undamaged, unopened and in a saleable condition.
The goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the original order in the original retail packaging that they were dispatched in.
Customers will be refunded by the same payment method that their original order was processed by. Customers who paid via PayPal will be refunded via PayPal.
If the goods are not faulty or sent in error the customer will be responsible to pay the cost for the return of the goods.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us and must take good care of the goods whilst they are in their possession.
