Terms and Conditions for Equine Direct
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for products placed with equine direct over the telephone or by website or email.
Please read all terms carefully before ordering products from us. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the statutory rights of consumers.
Acceptance of Your Order
We must receive payment of the full price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse your order or to restrict the number of products you may order.
If an order is placed via email you will be contacted by telephone to confirm the purchase and provide the relevant payment details whether it be by cheque or credit/debit card.
We will issue a no hassle refund for returned goods for reasons other than defects or damage in transit, if the goods are returned to us undamaged, unopened and in a saleable condition.
The goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the original order in the original retail packaging that they were dispatched in.
Customers will be refunded by the same payment method that their original order was processed by. Customers who paid via PayPal will be refunded via PayPal.
If fixed rate has been chosen your order will be despatched with-in 48hr by our next day courier company.
If weight based delivery is chossen your order will be despatched between 3-4working days from dispatch with Royal Mail.
Weight Based Delivery
Standard weight based delivery usually takes between 2 - 4 working days for standard delivery (this does not include weekends and Bank Holidays).
Fixed Rate Delivery
If payment is made before midday, we will endeavour that all UK mainland deliveries are dispatched in the same day resulting in next day delivery, however please allow up to 2-3 working days due to any UN-foreseen problems that may have occurred i.e. items not in stock.
We endeavour to hold stocks of all our active products, but if we are out of stock of your chosen item we will inform you by email or telephone of an estimated delivery date (subject to availability).
Some items may be shipped direct to you from our supplier in order for you to receive your chosen items as quickly as possible. This means that you may receive your order in separate parts, but you will not incur any additional carriage charges.
Should we be unable to meet any delivery dates or any agreed delivery dates we will contact you using the email or telephone number that you registered with.
Delivery time to overseas/international destinations will vary depending on where the delivery destination is.
